Matthew Schindler

Position: Vice President/CMO

Industry: Law, Photography, Social Media

Education: Northeastern University

BIO: For every ship, there is a captain.  But as everyone know, all captains need a first mate, a right hand man, and a savvy advisor.  Let’s Talk Magazine may be led by Desmond Wong, but behind this leader is Matthew Schindler, the Vice President and CMO of the company.

Born in San Francisco, CA, Matthew left his home after 20 years in order to pursue his dreams of higher education in the fabulous city of Boston, MA.  Coming from a background in sales and legal education, Matthew continues to strive for not only the LTM team, but for the pursuit of his own dreams.

Currently a Senior at Northeastern University, Matthew is finishing his studies as a Criminal Justice/Pre-Law major while working at the Massachusetts Appeals Court as an Assistant to the Clerk.  Although this isn’t the most business oriented background, Matthew’s roots in sales and business stem from a long career in entrepreneurial activities such as fine goods consulting and distribution, a 2 year stint as a Sous Chef at a highly successful restaurant in the LA area, and many years of business experience at his family sales consulting firm.

After graduation, Matthew is planning on continuing his education in Law School, with aspirations to become an IP/Contract Law Attorney with a concentration in International Business Law.

Matthew first became involved in Let’s Talk Magazine while it was still in it’s pilot stage.  From issue #1, Matthew has been behind the release, content and direction that LTM has taken, and continues to be a driving force behind it’s movement.

“Starting as the staff photographer, I really jumped into the idea of creating a publication which allows students and young professionals to connect with one another, and create a vast and broad network of people, who can coalesce together in order to create something great.  LTM has shown me time and time again, that no idea is with limits, and that with a lot of hard work and dedication, you can grow from a small media outlet, to a burgeoning empire of professional stature.”

Of course, Matthew would not be where he is today without the help of the fabulous LTM team, whom which he works closely with.

“We’ve accomplished a lot, but it is not a one or two man job.  I owe a lot to Desmond, Ikenna and Unice, who have always supported one another in order to produce our magazine.  Perhaps the greatest thanks I can give goes out to my assistant Angela.  Without her, the grandiose dreams of putting together even the simplest marketing campaign for an event would be lost without her talent as a graphic designer.”

So there you have it.  One of the movers and shakers of LTM, and definitely a person of interest to observe for many years to come!  We can only speculate on how Matthew’s life will unfold, but there is one thing we can all agree as certain: success.
